Blue hour, shot from below and slightly off-axis. The round houses lit warm from inside, snow or pine in the foreground, mountain ridge behind. The whole property in one frame.

올라운드원All Round One
A circle of private houses in the Korean mountains — where the ceiling opens onto the sky and the forest comes right up to the glass.
You're on the list.
We'll write to you the moment All Round One can take an international booking. Nothing else.
All Round One books through Korean-language channels only. We're working on changing that — this list hears first.
One house, close and architectural. Let a curve run the full height of the frame — concrete meeting pine, hard shadow, no people. This is the "it's a gallery, not a pension" shot.
The building
Built by people who wanted to make something.
All Round One was put up by a young Korean collective — architects, designers, builders — as a study in circles. Concrete, glass and pine, arranged in the woods like a small private gallery. Every house is called a Round.
The money shot. Lying-down point of view, camera flat on the bed, the round skylight dead centre and perfectly circular. Shoot at dusk and again at night. If only one photo gets taken properly, make it this one.
The window
The ceiling is a circle of sky.
In some of the houses the bedroom opens straight upward. You fall asleep under the moon and wake up under the weather — snow landing on the glass in January, the whole sky in it by summer.
Outdoor jacuzzi, cold air, visible steam — shoot early morning or after dark with the house lights on. Steam is the whole point; without it this reads as an empty tub. Forest must be in frame.
The water
Hot water, cold mountain, nobody watching.
A jacuzzi indoors and another one outside, with a private garden and a grill. The houses are detached and the trees do the rest — you can sit outside in the steam in the middle of winter and see no one at all.
Interior, styled. Wide enough to read the room, close enough to see the seasonal dressing — branches, candles, table setting, whatever is up right now. Warm lamps on, daylight through the window behind. Swap this file each season.
Inside
Re-dressed every season.
The interiors are styled and re-styled through the year — branches and dried flowers in autumn, candlelight and heavy textiles through the snow. It doesn't look the same twice.
Winter establishing shot — deep snow, the valley, the houses small in frame. Wide and cold. If a drone frame exists showing the property and the mountain together, use it here.
Around it
Ski all day. Sink into hot water at night.
Vivaldi Park is less than 3 km down the road — one of Korea's best-known ski resorts, and about ninety minutes from Seoul. In summer the same valley turns into river swimming and cold, quiet forest.
Quiet and dark so the form reads on top of it. One house at night, lit from inside, shot from a distance across the garden. Low contrast, plenty of empty space in the lower half.
The waitlist
Be first through the door.
All Round One can't take a booking from outside Korea yet. We're working on it with the owners. When it opens, this list hears before anyone else — which Round to ask for, when the good weeks are, and how to actually get one.
